Hi everyone !
Denys has already made what was originally ordered for him (30 pages) and had limited availability to finish and complete the whole layout (60 pages+ cards and maps)
He works mostly on weekends, so it's still going slow but the good news is that he will be free for a whole month in APRIL or MAY. So he'll dedicate all this amount of time for our project !
The estimate is 3-4 weeks to finish the scenario which would bring us to the end of MAY-mid JUNE. So, assuming the print proof looks good ( the print proof should take 2-3 weeks ) we should be able to ship at the end of Summer, maybe a bit after depending on whether we get that 4 weeks print time.
At this point, I'm still working on sculptures details and the user guide. When I finish it, I'll upload some pix for you all.
Thank again for your tremendous patience ! We get to see the light at the end of tunnel.

First I wish you're all doing fine, sane and safe all along this worldwide pandemic.
Despite all the precautions I had used and social distances I had provided for my pupils and myself, I finally contracted the coronavirus in late October. My symptoms were mostly a huge fatigue and a lack of energy. After three weeks I got better. I recovered fully since then.
Nobody else had symptoms in my family. In addition, I never has been so creative in my life. The couple lockdowns had reinforced my needs of create, a need of sublimation in many ways.
I feel more committed to my art than ever.
Since september I’m back to give several art classes in school, right now which is a healthy thing for my finances even if it slowering down my props production.
Denys is also going very slow in the scenario because, as I explained before, he has to work on it on his free time which is sparce due to the need to survive in a wretched economy. This allows me to draw new stuffs to illustrate the scenario… like this Weird Tale style victim of the creepy beast !
I also had drawn some small "cul-de-lampes" (the strange french word for chapter's ornements which means litteraly "Lamp's Butt") to add some narrative pictures at the ends of pages.
like this one :
Your patience shall be rewarded: the scenario of the Idol of Cthulhu is already more sophisticated than it would have been if we had finished it two years ago.
I know it’s a pain to wait, and I'm sorry you have to wait; I hope it will be worth it !
I wish you all some merry holidays with or without family
(we're considering to celebrate Christmas at Easter this year ;-) )
Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right.

Thank everyone to be a part of this project. It's clearly bigger and more expensive to produce that we thought when we launched it. We're working totally for free for a while because of cost-overrrun. I made several misjudgement of certain people who were supposed to be better technicians than me, which, at some point lead to a mispricing. We are nevertheless working to complete the project (the layout is at 65% of completion) even if it takes more time than anticipated. We are learning from our mistakes…
Anyway, I truly hope you'll enjoy this campaign and its props, and I'm sorry to ask for more patience from you.
I hope you're all doing fine.
Sincerely yours
Delphes
