After a dozen of long exchanges with Backerkit, despite severe anxiety attacks and my despair in understanding the operational modes of the control and shipment management, I still had enough perseverance to navigate this adventure. Thanks to the professionalism and patience of the Backerkit support team, I have finally completed your survey !
August 16th, after my oldest friend's wedding in South of France, I will send the smoke test to 5% of you. During the Smoke Test, I'll be in touch with Backerkit Support Team and Kickstarter inbox for backer inquiries. If any problems occur during the smoke test, the Support Teams and I will address those issues. After this test is done, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey.
Before signing off, I'd love to know : who among you has the chance to go to Providence this year?

Hello!
I just heard that Matthew Sanderson, the author of our scenario, will be running in two scessions at Providence for Necronomicon! Some of you were interested in taking part, so now's the time to sign up !
I believe that player registration opens today (July 15th), so hopefully those interested can jump on it in time - there's only 6 player slots available.
I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that I've launched a setup review on Backerkit so that I can then do a smoke test. You'll be informed in the comments as things progress.

shipping costs

Hello!
I am still working on the survey ! It's almost finish. I'm looking for the best solution concerning the shipping fees...because shipping costs has gone up !
For example, the cost of shipping the handouts is now €17 from France to the USA, which is more to the cost of printing and enveloping them (you paid €10 for them during the crowdfunding)
We had considering finding a local printer in the United States since the majority of you reside there. By producing and shipping the handouts directly from the United States, we could have significantly reduce shipping costs for our American backers. However, this solution does not allow us to choose the papers according to the nature of the props.
So, we are currently searching for viable solutions to minimize the shipping costs without compromising the quality of what we send you- Indeed, a newspaper article cannot be printed on the same paper as a restaurant menu. For those who have already supported our projects, you have seen the particular attention we pay to the choice of paper. For example, our travel labels are printed on gummed paper, like those used by travelers in the past, which they could stick on their suitcases by moistening the label. Similarly, our business cards are carefully printed.The handouts for this scenario will be printed on papers carefully chosen with our printer, each time respecting the theme of the prop-
We would like to know if you would accept delivery to a pick-up point if it is significantly cheaper?? If you are used to this kind of solutions, please let us know which compagnies you are using!
If we don't find anything suitable, we will use the national French postal service, which increases prices every year while lowering the quality of its services (as now it is the consumer who has to do the administrative work on poorly programmed machines).
Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we work to resolve this issue. We will keep you informed of our progress and the solutions implemented. We will not dwell on this problem either. I have also asked Backerkit if they have any reliable postal solutions.

I hope this message finds you wonderfully well on this Labor Day.
I am pleased to report good progress on the survey (as announced on my last comments), yet we still need to finalize the parameters of the "paper props" with our printer to complete the questionnaire. These details are necessary to accurately define all the add-ons and the associated shipping fees.
I will get back to you as soon as possible with additional details and, hopefully, reasonable prices from our local printer.
